Quilled Fairy with owl

Hi everyone, and glad you stopped by!
today I want to show you 2 pictures, first one was shown on a quilling group on face book, and Anni and others including me thought it would be a challenge to quill it!. Cant wait to see theres, I'm sure they will come out awsome!
Heres the picture.
now heres the quilled on, I did a different back ground, using white berch tree's, since the branch is white and brown. It didnt turn out as good as I hoped, but thats ok.

    What did you mean it didn't turn out as good? If I can quill like that I'll be one happy quiller. It is darling cute!

    Yes, I saw it on fb, liked the photo immediately.
    These projects are the best. It seems you had a lot of fun making it, Paula. But, also, I find these "mosaics" pretty demanding, you did it great! Lots of work and lots of fun.

    It turned out wonderful, Paula! I have only done this once, with a photo of a hummingbird from a calendar and never finished it. I think you did an outstanding job showing all the details of the photo. Very cute quilling piece! xo
