Made some new friends, Darrell and Linda, Darrell works with wood creating beautiful Fans and other beautiful creations. He asked me if I could do some of my quilling on them and I said I'd try, well I did and showed them, they were excited, and they want me to quill on some more, here is the first one I did and already sold.

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, a lot has been going on , with Family and medical issues, but were still kicking, lol. Here's what I've been doing, People have really liked my snow globes, so I decided to make a few more, but this time with Penguins , aren't they so cute ?. just got done making some ornaments to, and there my own designs, different but I think they look good.

Quilled Bride and Groom miniatures

like you to meet Charlie and Clarette, they were made for there 40th Anniversary, tried to make them close as possible to the way they really look, I'm really getting to like making miniatures , but you couldnt tell that lol. they will be sitting on top of a 3 tier desert and or snack plates, something like that. hope they like it.

How time flies by so fast, this is what I've been working on for awhile, I think I'm hooked on miniatures, lol they sold fast. I think I tend to bite off more than I can chew at times, hope you enjoy this post, have a great week :)

I love these to, I think they came out really cute, my favorite is the Lion, and I decided to make my own labels and placed them on small jewelry zip lock bags, oh I glued pin on back, so you can wear them.

Another came to mind that I wanted to try, I know I have done butterflies before, but this time I tried it with 2 layers, as you can see my favorite color is purple,lol

quilled Skating Globe

Hi every one, hope every one had a great Thanks giving !!!
My Hubby and I came up with an idea to create something to Raffle off at a Christmas Mall event , and the proceeds go to our towns Food Pantry to help out for Christmas, heres what we made.
all characters and trees are made with strips of paper, the bench made with tiny pop cycle sticks, I took sheets of Styrofoam and shredded with a veg. shredder to make the snow. We delivered it to a sweet Lady, who was so excited that she won it, made our day !!!!!
it's 12 inches round and 6 inches tall.

Another request done, this one took 10 days to get done, will be put in a 8x8 frame, I'm finding out that the animals take a lot longer to do, as it takes a lot more strips of paper to fill in.

been busy busy, here are some more Christmas ornaments, the wooden doily ornaments can be hung on tree or used to put on fridge, they have round magnets on back. the snowflake ornaments I used shredded Styrofoam for the snow.

I think these turned out cute, but next time I will make the body taller, I used Styrofoam for snow, shredded it with a grater . Hope you all like them !!!!

new quilled Angel

New Angel under glass , well plastic campaign glass, took me a day to design and put together, I'm so happy how she turned out, now to start making several more.

quilled card holder

been feeling a little creative, so decided to make card holder, which is pretty easy to make. I used ribbon, shower curtain rings, and then theres my quilled Angels glues to square woodsies and tiny clothes pins on back to clip onto the ribbon.
