Busy, Busy, Busy!!!

Sorry I havent posted in awhile, but been very busy with orders the last 2 weeks. Today had a little time before Farmers Market to post, so I thought I'd share with you on some of the things I have made by requests, and other to keep up on stock as I've been selling them so fast lately!.
Here is a picture that was requested, she wanted a beach scene with poem of foot prints in the sand, and wanted me to use real sand and shells, I included quilling of a butterfly and flowers, she loved it!!!
13x13 frames run between $25.00- $40.00 very reasonable

I also printed the poem on velum, and added footprints in the sand.

Here are 2 pictures done for 2 Daughters, the poems are printed on vellum, and colored card stock behind it. Then I added flowers and butterflies, only thing about glueing on the vellum is it tends to bubble alittle, havent found away around that, but it still turnes out pretty good. These were done in a 8x10 frame, which I charge $12.oo-$15.00, which I think is very affordable.I had suggestion from a customer, that I should put price range on my blog, since I do hand out cards with blog, that way if there interested, they would know  around what it will cost them.

Here are some more quilled wooden boxes, they have been a big seller here.I came across some shaped like purses, there really cute!. It depends on what they have at the time and when I can get them as to what I quill on and charge, its been running anywhere from $5.00 -$8.00, depending on the size of box and how much quilling and painting involved.

And last but least, another good seller is paper beaded necklaces, made out of Scrapbooking paper, love how the designs come out, it took me 4 days to make 20 of them, get finger cramps every time, lol

So there you have it, this is what I've been busy with, for the last 2 weeks, hopefully I'll have some time soon to do a picture or 2. Hope you enjoyed what I've shared with you today, thanks for checking my work out!Have a good day!!!

  1. Wow Paula you have been Busy.
The paper beads look so good. I know how tough it is to make them as my daughter and I tried rolling some and I had to give up after making 6 beads!!
The violet flowers with the white border looks so good and your quilled butterfly is adorable. If you are planning to use your blog to attract potential buyers do post the photos in large size and give some closeup shots so that even the casual observer is attracted. Your regular readers like me know how exquisite is your work but to catch the casual eye do post the pics larger. To attract the search engines also make individual posts of the pics and tag them as quilling ,also head your post heading as something with the word quilling. You will be surprised how easily google can cache your pics if tagged well. Just friendly thoughts ,if it helps you I will be happy!
